Battery Light?
Last night I fired up the car and the red battery light was on. I initial thoughts were, new alternator?
Anyway I turned off the car, counted to ten, fired it up again, and no light.
ctrl,alt,del I guess!

I think that is one of the glitches/minors in the cold weather, glad you're sorted!!
Most winters I get that and woosh, I take a second look and it's gone!!
