Blower Stopped Working

Blower Stopped Working
2002 x-type, 3.0AT. All, my blower for climate has stopped working. Climate control unit appears to be working. However, when I turn on the unit, the A/C compressor doesn’t engage, and the blower doesn’t start. Changed to heat, and still no blower. The other day, after going to a car wash, the blower was slow in starting, but after a few seconds (10-15) it came up to speed. Swapped out the F6 Heater blower relay, no difference.
it appears the control unit is working, pressing all the buttons, display changes, but still no blower, and no A/C compressor engagement. A/C is fully charged, and was used a couple of days ago, blowing cold.
Any suggestions/recommendations?

That what I’m thinking. I ran the OBD, but no codes. I was hoping for a B2516 DTC, Blower Motor Failure. But no codes on the system.
When I was running the reader, ignition on, I turned the climate control on, and I could hear a very subtle thump thump thump in the vicinity of the fan. It stopped as soon as turn the climate control off.
mom also thinking the motor might have been damaged due to water getting into the motor through the cabin filter box.
