Default Brake fluid reservoir cap

Hey guys I have a 02 jag x-type and I just took my car to get an oil change and they pointed out that my brake fluid reservoir cap is completely busted up(pic attached). Does anyone know where I can get one of those without having to replace the whole piece. Also right after I left from getting the oil change. I noticed that ride was getting noticeably worse like I had a flat tire, however when I went to look my right brake pad was smoking a bit. Drove the car home and left it alone.

Would the cap make the brakes smoke up though. The brakes are only 2 years old.

No, something is binding on the calipers not letting the pads release..if they are overheated too much, the Rotors could be warped....better have them checked out soon and have it flat bedded to the shop, don't drive it.
