Default Brake Problems

For the past few months occasionally when I go to stop, I feel the abs kicking in and i don't stop well at all. I feel the same when I am on ice. So I am guessing it is the abs kicking in, but it's the middle of summer and no ice in sight. I had the rotors and brakes replaced last week since they were definitely needed. The car still does this. Kind of making me nervous since I need to depend on my brakes to stop the car in time. Any ideas?

Your wheel speed sensors may be reporting an exaggerated speed to the ECM and then engaging the ABS system. Jag Forums has a thread on cleaning the wheel speed sensors.

Try it, idk.....
