I doubt there is anything suitably close, so probably best to try to stay with originals as it will be far less grief in the long run.
Perhaps you should be looking for something second hand from a breaker either in Canada or cast your net a bit further south.

Your car is an X-Type? (You give no information about the model - other than “04 Jag”). If so, the answer to your question is NO. The low and high beam headlamps are a single unit.

I can't imagine 3D printing would be able to give you the optical clarity required for creating a suitable lens, nor a acrylic material that would stand up to the application (heat and UV).

I recall reading a relatively recent thread where forum members were discussing a heating process to remove a damaged lens from the headlight cluster and replacing it with a decent lens from a donor light. See if you can search and find that thread and have a read first.
I still would recommend putting some feelers out to car wreckers to see what it out there in the second hand arena. You could check the classified ads on this site too and perhaps reach out to Dr Dome (forum member) who has been breaking down some X-Types for parts.

Be aware that you will probably encounter second hand headlight assemblies that have broken or brittle mounts and failed headlight tilt adjusting mechanisms, but if your clusters are still good structure wise and tilt adjustment gearing is not brittle and broken (or you pick up replacement tilt adjusting gear kits), then you are possibly just looking at picking up lights that have lenses you can try to remove and refit.
