X150 Headlight Lens Replacement?
The polishing kits never quite restore the kind of clarity you get with new headlights. Plus, my RH headlight is super clear, but my LH headlight just can't be restored to match.
I bought new lenses for one of my Mercedes and the quality difference is night and day, going from old lenses to brand new ones.
Has anyone come across replacement headlight lenses for the pre-facelift, or any XK for that matter?

Not to the best of my knowledge.

You may want to have your lens professionally restored by a body shop.

Hi again. Still lurking around.
Had to have the left hand (driver's side in the US) headlight assembly replaced last August. This is a 2010 that had the adaptive headlights. Was told by my awesome dealership that A) I got the last new driver's-side light assembly in the US, and B) Jaguar ain't makin 'em anymore. Don't know if that's true, but it makes sense (why support such s specific, expensive part on a low-production car?). Oh and the dealer cost for a full adaptive headlight assembly was a little over $3,000.

Problem is my lens has a bit of marring on it plus inside appears to have some subtle light/heat damage from the high beam. I may try the body shop idea though.
I replaced my CLS headlight lens for $70 for both lenses and they look incredible. Hopefully some enterprising Chinese company will read this and start making XK lenses. They already make XJ lenses if you need them.

Well I finally found a solution. For the XK at least. 2k clear coat spray. It works like magic, unbelievable how clear my LHS headlight looks. It's like having a brand new headlight.
For some reason, it didn't work as well as on another car I tried it on. But for the XK lens, it is absolutely magic. I'll post a picture when I get a chance to upload.

I'm interested. which version of 2K clearcoat did you use? The headlight spray (SprayMax 2K 2 in 1 Headlight Clear, 3684068), or another?
