Default BUSTED, and need to vent

So today, driving back from getting lunch and I noticed a odd dark blue ford van, parked on a lawn, okay now thats odd, i said to my friend, as i continued to turn left, a peace officer jumps in my way, almost hitting him, i swerve and he tells me to go to the alley and park by the fence.

I continue to do so, as he approaches, a bee buzzs by my window, and i accidentaly let out the efff bomb, not a great start, as he asks me why i just swore, and why i rolled the windows down, i say, "bending" the truth of course that the officer wished to talk to me, and he asks my freind and says my friend says the same, he laughs and makes a rude remark. I give him my license and registration, comes back, and gives me two options. PEEL my tinit off now, witha razor, in the blazing heat, or a ticket and peel it later by a professional shop, if i don't get it peeled get pulled over again, its a tow to the impound yard.

I asked what would be cheaper and faster, as i was already late for class, he said and i quote " I'm just gonna give you a ticket, but since its such a nice car, it will be 57, down for 150" and i said, its deffinitly better then 150, and then being a jackass, hes like okay, 150, then i said no, the 57 is fine. He then continued to smooth things over by insulting me by calling my a daddy's boy, in which i said, nope, i had to pay for my car, to which hes like, o yeah, working where mcdonalds, as there was a shirt in the backseat that had the same color as mcdonalds shirts, and i said, no, i got it from sitting in class and eating donuts, i didn't actaully say that but i wanted to.

He then continued to be a jackass and give me a ticket. I'm am furious, since a months before i was pulled over and the officer stated that i would be fine for it.

I feel like my baby jag is going to be "deflowered" of its evilness, i just needed to vent though. All though i will be venting tonight as i picture that officers face on every memember of the oposing teams face, in rugby.

But theres hope, while discussing options about peeling my window tint, he messed up the ticket, and stated that i was a adult, which im not, and may be able to get out of it. Anybody know anything about this? This is just according to my freinds? IM IN ALBERTA BY THE WAY, thats in canada, you now, north of the USA.
I REVISED THIS TO CORRECT ALL MISTAKES I HOPE

It's a simple fix it ticket here. I got caught before, I just had to take it off and get a cop to sign off on the ticket, and pay a processing fee of eight dollars. Not a big deal at all. In fact, most reputable tint shops here will take it off and reinstall it for you at no charge the same day.

Oh, and for chrissakes, work on your spelling and grammar! I know mine isn't always perfect, but your **** is getting harder and harder to read.

I ain't keen on the window tint but I highly hate the way some officers behave against window tint . Also, since tint is not allowed why on earth those can be sold anywhere then all the states should ban window tint sales and fine the sellers just like drugs / drug dealers

They could at least make the window tint laws the same across the country. It makes no sense that the window tint laws are not standardized. The whole idea of the interstate highway system is to make cross country travel easier, but these kind of laws are a real hinderance.
Are you supposed to modify your car every time you cross state lines?

In ontario there isnt much in regards to tint laws.. I think we have a maximum tint for driver and front passenger window.. but the rest can be limo tint if we want...I had limo tint on my drivers door and passenger door and whenever i got pulled over I rolled them down, and never was bugged about it except in quebec.. There you can't add any aftermarket tinting at all.. but because i am from ontario they cannot charge me with any tint fines because my vehicle isnt from their province so i am exempt from their laws..and if they try to get me to roll up the window i tell them it is broken and refuse to try to fix it.. there is no law to have functional windows .. if they cant see it they cant charge you ...

Lucky, so can i make any arguements for the tint. For instance, its factory, im not sure what this means, is the tint on the inside of the glass or in the glass? Can i my skin is very easily affected by the sun, and causes a rash? Or it came with the car?

Just find out what the tint laws are where you drive and tint your windows accordingly. No more problems.
