A/C Recharge & Sealant Kit
#2
If you do a search about A/C repairs you will find that any recharge with freon containing "sealants" will create problems with the condensor tubes. The condensor uses a very small bore to for maximum heat exchange and sealants will collect and plug the tubes.
If the A/C has lost it's charge and has a leak you need to have the system vacuum tested and the leaks repaired. Then they will evacuate and recharge the system.
If you are just low and not getting sufficient cooling then you can add freon (without sealants) to bring the system up to correct pressure.
For the system to be properly serviced you need to remove the freon and then install exactly the amount of grams by weight of freon required. The the high and low pressure sides of the system have to be checked to insure it is operating correctly and no other components need replacing.
