Per this thread it’s on top or behind the gas tank.....I am underneath he car and can’t find it to replace. I don’t mind paying my mechanic 30 dollars to lift the car, but I still need to know where it is so I can get in and out. If anyone has done this and can give me more detailed location instructions, I’d be very grateful.
ps I have already changed the one on the firewall up front which takes 5 minutes. This is for the one by the gas tank.
Post 17 describes it. Here's a picture of the entire assembly. One post I read said you don't need to entirely remove tank. You can drop exhaust and tank and "reach up over".
A post on a mechanic's website described it "above rear subframe".
