yes we do, it is under the black finish panel somewhat above the firewall.
The complete removal and replacement procedure has been covered, either do a search or check the FAQ's section and you will find out exactly how it is done.
As for the filter, some have been able to match up the filter at a local auto parts store, but I order the Bosch charcoal type filters online. They run between $15 - $25 depending on where you get them and where you are.
Simple, 10-15 minute job.

I have a 2004 3.0 so the Mann model # for me is CUK 5141. Get a Charcoal filter style.
