Default Can I get a quick summary for rear wheel bearings please.

Can you just pull it apart and slide in new bearings like a normal vehicle?
or
Do you really have to buy that big piece with the bearing and wheel stud flange?
Any other maintenance to do while that deep?

It's a complete hub.
Remove, wheel, brake caliper, disc and disc shield
Undo 4 x torx bolts, use puller to pull hub off driveshaft.
Bolt new hub on and replace all parts.
Easy (as long as the 4 torx bolts are not seized)

OK, sounds almost the same with no greasy fingers.
My steering wheel puller may do the trick.
Thanks for the response.

Best price I found was Rockauto.com
Timken ($125.79) is my recommendation but there are lower cost options.
