Car cover for bad neighbourhood!

Thaqt car looked like junk tho, not even worth stealing.
My friend has a 2000 corrola in terrible condition, the stockest car you can imagine. And it's so funny cuz he has one of the steering wheel locks, and he put a little flashing chip in the car so it would look like he had a securtiy system.
As a prank on him last year we removed all his hub caps and put those shitty 14inch spinners on just to see how he reacted. It was too funny

Lol.....93........you talkin about the "cover" or the new car underneath?
I know it wasn't a top of the range this that or whatever, but still a new shiny car that was somebody's pride n joy.
