Default Changing Rear Shocks

I've searched threads on this particular topic but couldn't find anything specific on this matter.
My questions is. Will i need to remove my back-seat to remove the shocks? Is this a pretty st8 forward job or are the unnecessary complications?

Your response is greatly appreciated.

thx in advance

pretty easy as long as nothing is rusty.. all bolts are from underneath.. 2 13mm nuts at the top and one 18mm bolt at the bottom.. if this is seized then your gonna need a torch or some cutting device.. but you may get lucky...
