Exclamation Check Engine Light X type 3.0

My check engine light has been on for a few days now so I got the codes read and here is what I have P0300, P0301, P0302, P0303, P0304, P0305, P0306, P1316, P0430, and P111. Now I never got any of these codes on my last jaguar x type so I wouldn't know anything about them. I'm thinking maybe a simple tune up like changing spark plugs and air filter might solve them, so I probably get those things done this weekend. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated guys.

Thanks.

if it is your battery light on, my auto electrician found out that in X-type Jaguar, the battery earth cable is too small to carry 15.1 volts. This is a design fault. Replace the earth cable with a heavier gauge, not with the genuine one which is too light.

Well replaced the spark plugs with new bosch +4s and replaced the air filter and man what a difference in responsiveness it makes. only issue I have now is the the light came back on I got the code check and its states P1000. I was told that that code should clear after disconnecting the battery, tried it didnt work. any idea what that code means?

Thanks.

Default motor light on

Hi. I found out the fault was caused by battery earth lead cable. It cost me $750 to find this out. After replacing the voltage earth cable, it fixed the problem. I got that information from the Jaguar Forum, thanks guys.
