Hi Graham, thank you sorry but I am still finding my way around the forum, trying to get my car in the garage, I am trying as I have my X type's MOT road worthy test on Wednesday I am in need of help to repair the third brake light, remove the head lining to get to it.

You don't have sufficient posts yet to be able to download PDF's from the forum so I've put the Workshop Manual (JTIS) Headliner Removal procedure on my MediaFire account.
Download it by following this link:

There's separate sections on removing Sun Visors and B Pillar trims. Post back here if you need them too.
