Default Chrome ( well plastic ) trim deterioration

Trims around windows / doors gone dull and milky looking , anyone know a way of reviving or will it require a new set of ?

You can try scratch/swirl remover or a light buffing compound, done this many times on other vehicles with chrome trim, works well.

Small trim = Plast X would be a good place to start. After that, you could coat it with NXTv2.0 or whatever you like to use for wax.

On real chrome (metal) using aluminium foil and diet (yes diet not regular) coke is stupendous. Aluminum foil should be "crumpled" then back out to give it a "textured" surface when buffing. Aluminum foil is softer than chrome and won't mar the surface.
