Today, my A/C was kinda cold for about 30 mins. Then went off for the usual 30 seconds twice I think...

After that, it was ICE COLD for the rest of the time I was in the car.

My car did the same today. It was around 97 degrees but my outside temp gauge read 104.My A/C blewcold for the first 30 mins or so and then it went hot for like a minute or s and then cold for a few mintues and then hot again. It wasn't fun.I'll check the freon level in the next few days and let you all know.
I know if the it low it would blow warm at idle and cold if you're moving but not what we're experiencing. Maybe it's a Jag thing?

Yeah thats what mine did for a week or 2 and than all of a sudden sunday it stopped working...don't have the time to check it yet...ordered some car audio stuff and was busy yesterday so wasn't even near the jag today. My father in-law bought 4 different storage units from the monthly auctions that the storage facility my wife works at and got some good stuff so I've been busy...in the unit I wanted him to keep going up on he spent 20 bucks and got a set of baer eradispeed front rotor kit for a 04 and up f150 worth 928 dollars on ebay....the rear rotor set for about 230....and a ground force drop kit for 02 and up avalanche/tahoe worth a mere 500! The guy only owed 500 dollars on the storage unit and let it go into foreclosure...what a retard with about 1500 bucks worth of product...nothing is missing from any of the boxes...even has all of the stickers and the baer brakes have the license plate bracket! SUCK! Oh yeah also got 4 sets of joe gibbs embroidered floor mats for silverado's...

Well here's what happened today:

My daily commute to/from work is about 20-25 minutes each way. It was cool (not cold) enough to keep the windows up, but not ice cold like it got yesterday. Probably because I was in the car for nearly an hour yesterday before it got really cold.

This is getting annoying...

today I drove my car for an hour long and the A/C worked fine. Only different is that the outside temp did not reach 100 degrees like it did yesterday. Wonder if it has to do with that??

That's exactly what mine is doing. When it's cooled down around 6 PM or later, the air blows ICE COLD. If it's midday and 95+ outside, it starts that half *** cool/blow warm air for 30 seconds crap.

Hey guys just checked the car out bought the recharge kit hooked it up and the gauge read full! So as I was ticked off I checked the fuse box in the engine compartment and all mini fuses were good to go so I checked the micro fuse relays and what do ya know...just like everything else in the car apparently a relay can decide to work and not work and than all of a sudden blow! I swapped the relay from the horn to the a/c compressor clutch relay and I now have a/c. I am going to post info. in Jims Faq section if you all wanted to check it out!

Well, just be careful when driving through parking lots and stuff cuz you can't beep at anyone when they're pulling out of their parking space!

Hey Biggie long time no see! Yeah thats the funny part though...whenever I wanted the horn to work it never did anyways! Now at least I know it isn't going to work before I need to use it! Seriously though I think it's better this way!

My Daily A/C Update:

I rolled down the windows for about a minute of driving, then turned on the A/C. It blew COLD the entire way home...

Hey spartan just keep in mind when or if it does happen mine was blowing freezing cold and than it stopped for no apparent reason! Just keep in mind look in the engine for that R6 relay and swap the horn relay (R3) for it!

Hey Spartanx, Did it work? I just swap mine out today. Haven't had a chance to test it yet tho. I was driving yesterday in 105 degrees and the a/c was cold for 2 mins and warm for 5 mins. It wasn't fun. This wasn't a priority till my daily driver (Honda Accord) took a dump. When it rains it pours, i guess. lol I'll update once I get on the road today.
