Exclamation Constant jerking help

I'm still new to posting threads so forgive me in advance if I break any forum rules. My 2003 X-type keeps jerking, choking when I press the gas. If I continue pressing to exceed about 60-70mph then it starts to smooth out with no issues. The engine light started to blink so I'm freaking out. After plugging a code reader to it I received the following codes:

P0304
P1314
P1316
P0332

Before I take it to the dealership I wanted to pick the brains of my forum family to see what you guys think. Is it my 02 sensor? How serious is this repair? I just don't want to pay a lot of money for something that may be able to be done at home. Also, I don't want to be told that is one thing when it's another from the dealership. What are you guys thoughts?

2Mchite - Any change in you status?

Would suggest you swap the coil on cylinder 4 with another cylinder. Then see, if the misfire follows the coil.

Just an idea.

I had the exact same problem, and it turned out to be a bad coil on cylinder one. I'd have yours checked out immediately. If the check engine light is blinking, it's letting you know that you really shouldn't drive it. You could do damage to the exhaust (or the engine, or both).
