ropetec, it is possible that your rear spring has shifted slightly and it is rubbing against the cup that the spring sits in when the car is unloaded. BUt, with some weight, it collapses that coil and therefore you don't have any movement then. Otherwise, you will need to remove the wheel and see if you can spot something going on.
Another thing to ponder is that the sway bar supports for the main bar will tend to dry out and it is possible that those are the source of your squeak. You can spray the rubber bushings with some WD-40 and see if that corrects your squeak.
