Default Damn 02' 2.5 won't start... Again...

Ok so every now and again my 02 2.5 x type decides not to start. It always happens after it sits over night or for a significant amount of time. It will run and act fine for weeks, even months and then all of a sudden it just won't start. It will crank and crank but just won't turn over. Sometimes it sounds like it wants to fire but just doesn't. It always starts up after giving it a few hours and once it starts I'm never worried that it won't start later that day when leaving the store or something. BUT, this time its not starting after giving it 24 hours and multiple attempts throughout. I don't let it crank and crank and crank cause I'm worried about draining the battery but I have let it a few times and that's when I notice it kind of wants to turn over but doesn't. It's a 3 month old battery. Any information would be extremely appreciated!

Are there any pending codes? Change the fuel filter if it hasn't been changed. Check fuel pressure, pump may be going.

No codes being thrown. Do you know what psi the system needs to be at?

380 kPa, according to JTIS. This is equivalent to 55 psi.
