Dash lights, tail lights and license plate lights out

I had the same problem...one of the fuses in the box under the hood had actually popped...even though I checked. It kept tripping, even after replacement. I ended up checking the connection on the bulbs, thinking there was a short. It was one of the side marker bulbs that caused the short.

Wow! it was acually fuse #21 under the hood, side (parking) lights. I just changed it and everything is working. How did you determine which side marker bulb was causing it to blow and was it one up front on the side near the headlamps or the one near the door on the fender?
