Hello sages! Have just bought a 2005 SE Estate - 2.0D. 118k. Runs very well and economical but produces a grey/black cloud from the exhaust on first cold start of the day; also a nasty rattle for a couple of seconds, or until a touch of throttle applied. Starts very quickly, 'though. Every subsequent start absolutely fine and doesn't smoke at any other time, even under hard acceleration. Pearls of wisdom appreciated. Thanks
