Is this a feature in yours, if so what year is yours?

Youre keeping your finger on the lock button on the fob for more than 3 seconds or so.This sends all the windows up (and closes the sunroof where fitted)

The engineers at Jag added this feature, but for some reason the dealers feel that they are entitled to extort some money from the owners to activate it.
It takes them about 5-10 mins to activate the feature. dont let them charge you an hour of labour. In fact have then do it next time they have the car hooked up to the computer, for a more legitimate reason, then ask for it to be done for free... good luck.

Dealers tend to charge a minimum time eg 1/2 hour even if job takes less time
