Seems to me that you have one of two situations going on with your door.
1: The wire going to your inside door handle has gotten frozen up and needs to be lubed
2: You have not lubed the actuator correctly (nobody has) and as a result, you burnt out your actuator motor.

Either way, you are going to have to remove your passenger side door panel and you may break a few clips in the process. (PM me if you need some, I sell them for $1 a clip +$3 shipping) To remove the door panel you will have to remove the two screws at the bottom of the door, and the screw in the center of the door which is covered by a circular plastic cover. Then you need to pull the door straight out to remove the clips from their mounts in the door frame. Once you get there, you will be able to see the lock actuator and the cable that runs from the actuator to the door handle on the inside (red tips on the cable.) Lube this cable, and see if that fixes your problem. If it doesn't, you are going to have to replace your actuator which is another 3 screws that hold it into the door and a couple of electrical connectors after you have removed the linkage from the actuator to the outside door handle. Let me know if you need any help, and if you need a new actuator, go to ebay or car-part.com

Regarding no. 2 above: How do you lube the actuator "correctly"?

I have my door panels off at the moment and I'd like to lube the actuators while they still work! Lol
