Drivers door does not unlock.
Hi All,
Door locking all works normally until the car is stopped (JOURNEY END). Cannot open RH drivers door - will not release from RH internal door levers. I have to reach across the car and operate the passenger door to get the drivers side to unlock. External drivers door handle will not operate either.
Looked at the circuit of the door locks to try to understand how it works! It is making my head ache.
I do not want to take the lock out of the door unless I can accurately identify the area where the fault exists.
Anybody able to help with useful pointers, would be grately appreciated.

Before tearing it apart I would recommend spraying WD-40 or similar into the key opening and open the door and spray into the lock mechanism. It is most likely a stuck micro-switch creating your headaches.
