i fixed my problematic and embarrassing drivers door with the thread in the faq. it took me about half an hr to remove, fix and put back everything. you guys are great! am sure i've saved $80 doing it myself cos its amazing that all the garages think i have more money to let go once i drive a jag...lol. next up is to fix my front lower control arm. problem is am in Ghana and i don't have access to a jag dealer to purchase a new one

 

did my driver door the day i bought it also....and i too need the lower front control arm..lol
if its the balljoint on the outside end which is the problem you can drill out the rivets and replace just the balljoint (thanks Thermo!)
