Hey guys,

I have two quick questions for you.

First, my driver's side window frequently makes this loud, rattle-like noise when going up or down (whether I use the auto-up/down feature or not). I remember reading about this some time ago but I'm not sure if/how we go about eliminating this annoying noise (it doesn't always make the noise but frequently does). No other windows do this.

Secondly, there was a new recall issued a few weeks ago for the X-Type but I don't know if anybody actually mentioned what the recall was for.

is your window making a farting noise/ If so get a silicone spray and spray it on the edges of the window as well as in the track area. Then roll them up and down a few times. Should do the trick. Or if you live in the states you can buy a product called "window lube" and no ky jelly will not work (glycerine based)

As far as the recall goes, I think it was for emissions but not sure. i will elt someone else confirm that.
