Check your lower ball joints.....these animals tent to get rough when it's not their car. I would make sure they didn't rip the ball joint boot and while you're checking that, check your CVU boot as well.....just to be sure....

hey 04xtype,I read that you are having rubbing issues.I have a set of 18x8's 38mm offset on their way to my house, and already recieved my 225/40/r18s, you think i'll have rubbing issues too? i read that your wheels are 8.5" wide, so maybe i'll be spared. Overall our x's will have a similar look,I got a set of black thin 5spokes with a polished lip. There is also ahole in each spoke.

How much is it to roll the fenders? does it damage the car to do that?

Getting the fender rolled is simple and should be done by a pro so your paint don't chip off.....should cost about 200...

Well I have the spring kit on the car the lowered look is sweet and looks sexy. The 18's will fit, but you won't be able to drive anybody in the back seats......

You may have some rubbing going round corners where the weight ***** to one side.....

18's /8.5 may be a slight problem...

I have the same wheel and tire setup. Mine rub when I have people in the back and am cornering or taking a slope. And they rub bad!

Mine rub when i shift agressive at higher rpms too with only me in the car. I didnt get the full suspension kit, only springs, but if you get the prokit, it may be fine as ull prolly have less movement then mine. And to roll the fenders they charged me $150, they have a special tool to do it so the paint doesnt crack.

Someone told me to do it like that too, but i was too scared to mess the paint up. I thought it wud be safer to have a pro do it for a couple hundred, instead of crackin the paint and payin a lot more.

Hey Guys,

I couldn't find anyone in my area to install my springs. Plus, I just moved into a location that is not conducive for a lowered vehicle. So I have a set of Eibachs that havent even been taken out of the box just sitting in my bedroom closet. If anyone is interested, make an offer.

Adam
