Electric bolt on super charger kit
#2
The Eaton M112 supercharger on the X100 and the V8 sedans requires about 60HP to add another 80 to 90 HP to the car.
The engine will gain about 140HP but the SC uses 60HP so you 'net' about 80HP for the 4.0 V8 Jaguar engine.
4.0 NA V8 = 290HP
4.0 SC V8 = 370HP
I do NOT see how a small electric motor will add 'boost' to the intake.
A really large electric motor will work but it would need to be much larger than the engine starter.
I think the small electric motor will impede airflow in the intake runner more than it will add anything.
Turbines use a small centrifugal compressor but spin at 100,000 RPM or greater.

Looking at the components, I cannot see this will do anything more than make a whining sound.
The website gives no bricks and mortar business location which is always suspicious. The huge list of vehicle makes and models this same device will apparently fit suggests their R & D and manufacturing facilties should be vast.
If it is anything more than the electronic equivalent of Snake Oil, I'll be amazed.
