Here are the Electrical Wiring Diagrams in pdf format for a 2002-2003, and for 2004.25+.

Per Thermo, X-Types manufactured in 2004 before April have the 2002-2003 wiring; those manufactured during and after April 2004 have the 2004.25+ wiring. The manufacture date is on a sticker in the driver's door jam.

DW, thank you for the info, I will follow up in a couple days when I get a chance this weekend to work on it. Looking at the wiring I should be able to check continuity of the RG wire from the relay to the compressor.

 

Thanks for this it helped. Relay is working fine from the ECU but no power to the pump. I have swapped relays over but still no power.
I have checked all the fuses so it must have a break in the circuit somewhere. Why they put a fuse box in the Glove box beats me.
