please please help me. I bought a jaguar x type 2004 on the phone and pressed the navigation button pressed together and restore the apps and now I have a small screen legend flashes ext 50 51 and the large screen is black. How can I get everything back?

Just emailed you the Loading.KWI file
burn this file to a DVD at the slowest speed and finalize the disc.
turn on your car and eject your nav disc and insert the disc with the loading.kwi file in
remove your keys for 30 seconds
Start you car again the screen should come back on within 15mins
now reinsert your NAV disc.
