Default faulty drivers door actuator

hi jag people can you help me out i have a problem with locking the drivers door from outside with the key .i can lock it from inside ok.there is no pressure felt on the lock when turning like there used to be.also rods ok.

Welcome to the forum macs,

If the X-Type Door latch is a similar electromechanical design to X300, X308 and XKR and you've already eliminated a disconnected or broken rod, it could be a failed micro switch. Door Latches are a terrifying cost but micro switches are available separately.
