Before Ifork overgobs of time & money to have a custom fiberglass enclosure built for the rear quarter panel in the trunk does anyone know of any pre-made enclosures already built that I can buy made for the X?

Are you talking about the one done on mine?
I went for the custom F/G enclosure to avoid losing space behind the seats that would have resulted using a universal enclosure.See sabout 1/2 way down here for pics:-

I have one that's custom made and has not been mass produced. I'd be willing to sell it but I am extremely greedy and would want a lot more for it than most people would be willing to pay. It's a perfect factory fit for the X-Type.

Well, it takes up very little space and the spare tire is fully accessible. It's not part of the car so if you need more space simply pick it up and remove it. Fits (2) 12" subs so you get a lot more punch for the amount of space your utilizing.

Like I said not practical. If you want to loose your bass everytime you have a boot full of stuff then its great. For anyone wanting to keep the space and still get a good bass kick its worth getting the one like mine in the recess where a 10" sub easily fits and leaves the boot for storage/access to sparewithout any of the inconvenience.Pointless going on a long drive eg when I go to France in June fully loaded and not be able to have the bass going. You said yours isnt cheap so it maycheaper to get a custom made one like mine???? and keep the bass booming whatever is in your boot.
You couldnt do this with yours in situ:-

Well I have the premium sound package so I have a set of tiny speakers in my rear deck if I'm going on road trip and need the extra room. Again, it takes put 5 minutes to remove a speaker box.

I am not transporting children in my Jag. I might have a car packed full of young women but beyond having an accessible spare tire and a place to put the booze Im good. I have an SUV for road trips and such, my Jag is more to show off in.

So, as far as being practical it really comes down to what your using your Jag for. Though, with all the stuff your carrying Im not so sure it's the most practical car for you in general but I love my X so I can see why you would like it enough to cram all that stuff in there. With all the traveling and luggage you carry maybe you should look into the Range Rover.

Anyway, I really like your after-market install for the speakers. Definitely one of the nicest tweeter installs that I've seen. The red logos on the speakers really work well with the interior.

Thats the benefit of going on holiday with parents who have a 7 seater Vauxhall Zafira 2.0 TD.
They get to transport anything we cant fit in ours as theres only the 2 of them in theirs meaning we get to use ours for family trips while always enjoying the Premium sound.

Still no luck! I've search the forum up & down, left & right and still no massed produced stealth box! Does anyone have that direct link to whomever it is who makes a stealth box for the X? Maybe an email address or phone #?
