Default Front brake pad part numbers

I'm looking to replace the front brake pads / rotors on my 2001 X-Type 3.0, I have a source for Bosch parts but the part numbers are not inspiring confidence. There were two different numbers listed for the rear pads (0 986 424 683 and 0 986 AB9 355) which was discovered after the ordered ones didn't match what came off the car, vexying to say the least when it's all apart and the existing pads are badly worn. Eventually I was able to source pads and bolts for the rear as a kit (0 986 494 046).
The listed numbers for the front pads (0 986 AB2 529) seem to be a non-standard part as they need to be imported to Australia, our market here is small in comparison to others but this seems crazy for a consumable part. Does anyone have the correct Bosch part numbers for my vehicle? Is there a set that includes the bolts? Is it important to replace these bolts when changing the pads?
Also, I tried to source the metal shim parts (1 987 474 412) but these are discontinued. Are they important? Is there another part number for the same thing? I noticed there were none installed on my car when disassembling everything.
Thanks in advance.

An excellent source for OEM parts is SNGBarratt a forum sponsor with outlets in Europe. Plus they offer a discount to forum members. They carry a kit for front and back will all needed components and no guess work.
