Default Front crash sensor

Hi All Got a 2009 estate and can't find the front crash sensor ,Read the thread that says central in front of radiator behind grill ,But can't seem to find it. is it top of the rad or bottom ,engine side or grill side

replaced front crash sensor and still getting fault code,Do I need to get it cleared or is there another problem

Yes, the code should be cleared after repair and yes you should tell us what the code is so we can offer a reasoned response.

Once we/you start guessing it's downhill all the way

If after clearing the fault all is well, then that's it, however if it keeps coming back then I suggest you follow Jaguar's recommendations for this Flash Code.
First thing to note is that the code does not definitively say its a failed crash sensor, but that you have a Circuit Status Fault (that may or may not be a sensor fault). Here's all the relevant documentation
