Hi guys. I want to buy the Jaguar X-Type New Style Mesh Grille 2008 from Mina's Gallery and I wonder if that fit in my 2003 Jaguar X-Type without or with any modification. A guy told me that maybe have to change the hood release handle, but to ask you guys in the forum first. Any help? That grill looks beautiful. Thanks.

 

Haven't heard of anyone needing to adjust anything with the '08 grill mod. should be direct fit.

 

The guy on this thread states 4 bolts and 5 minutes to change, no mention of the hood release handle.

I just received my front grill, upper and lower. It looks BEAUTIFUL. I'm going to install it today after work and upload some pictures. Aahh, about how get the discount from Mina's Gallery just call them after you order or in the checkout page there is an space for message or instructions. how did u install the lower grill?

 

I haven't install it yet but I have the instructions from them. They emailed it to me. If you need it I can upload the instructions. The upper one , very easy. Just like the factory one. I have pictures but they were take at night. I'm going to take some in day light.
