ebay has some but for the best price/quality comparison/ closest to factory look Jaguar XP has them for under $100 with shipping, their ebay store had them for like $85 with shipping

Mina Gallery (which merged with Jaguar XP) makes the best ones, IMO. Excellent quality - look better than OEM for under $100. You can find them on the web or on Ebay.

You could get the new style front grille from the 09 X type. Pretty much a direct fit. Dealer item.
