Default Front parking sensors retrofit nearly done

Hello everyone, So I have 2006 X-Type 2.5 petrol. My front bumper was badly scratched when I bought the car, so I looked for replacement and found front and rear bumper in the same colour as mine, but they were facelift bumpers from 2008 car. Front bumper had parking sensors, therefore I thought to give it a go and make them to work. Done some research and found it's not straight forward. So I have purchased the roof console with the extra button, wiring harness (plugs in the roof were completely different) and connect it all together - nothing. So I have purchased Mongoose clone for £35 and installed JLR130 on my laptop. Connected to the vehicle and went to program the parking aid module. It asked me if I want to program front sensors, so yes, then it said that the module has been successfuly programmed, however after turning ignition off and back on it says that there are two trouble codes stored in Parking Assist Module which cannot be cleared and they are 0xA373 and 0x5748. The light doesn't go on on the roof console button. I have checked the wiring from the module in the boot and all wires are there. My question is, how can I find out what these codes mean? Otherwise I'm stuck and I don't want to give up now as I went too far with it to just give up, if you know what I mean I know, some people will say, why you didn't get after market kit, but I like challenges Any help will be much appreciated.
Regards,
