Hi guys, just after a quick bit of guidance. Has anybody changed or knows how to change the interior white plastic fitting that holds the front centre light bulbs in place?

I've got a damaged clip on the touch map reading fitting that holds the bulb in place and I want to know if I can repair it with a solder but not sure how to remove it to fix
