Default Fuse Box empties?

I was just looking under the hood today at the fuse box due to the cigar lighter (fyi, fuse for cigar lighter is inside the car, not under the hood)one going out, and noticed there are a few empty spaces. Does anyone know what the R6 space, and all the other empty spaces are for, and if i add a fuse there if that will change anything?

Thanks in advance

i don't see anything about it in the owners manual. I would guess it is not used for anything. This fuse box or relay bax is not just for the X-Type. It was made for many other cars. So from car to car you will see some empty slots. It would not do anything if you had something in there because nothing is connected to that slot.

I believe the empties are for future accessories you may want to add.
