great thread this - very helpful.
I have two bits of info to add:
  1. Separating the two halves of the headlamp. Put it in the oven for half an hour at around 60 degrees centigrade. Not so hot you can't hold it with gloved hands, gets the mastic to the right temperature, and no messing with heat guns. Much easier.Just work round the clips while prying it apart with a big screwdriver.
  2. The adjuster for the self levelling headlights. i have these. The self leveller is a motorised servo that drives the ball that fits into the slot that screws to the moving part. I don't think there will be any changes to any other parts, other than that one piece.I don't think there is anything else different.
EBay adjusters seem decent grade Nylon.
