Headlights constantly adjusting???

Headlights constantly adjusting???
Hi guys, brand new member and owner!
The problem being when i start the car the headlights auto level as per usual, they dip down to the floor and then they raise up again to a nice level. Thats all nice and perfect
BUT... after that they keep randomly adjusting down again then up, sometimes flickering it happens that quick, up and down... up and down... sometimes they stick down for a long period then out of nowhere they come up again. id appreciate any input or ideas or any starting points for troubleshooting. thanks for your time folks.
