Don't worry about it they are just jealous! How high up are your lights when you pull up to a garage door or side of a building? ALOT of people complain about the hid lights and the brightness (not that its a word) the lights possess. Every person over 50 years old complains about the lights. The lights may not be at fault as the hids are naturally brighter than halogens. People enjoy having stuff to complain about!

lol,
No, it's a special feature....some have it some don't....that's why their is a huge price differance between the auto and manual.
I'm sure there must be some "initial" adjustment and you would do to adjust them like any other headlight assembly....
The only thing "auto" adjustment do is when you have people in the rear seats, your front end will go up a few inches, the auto feature brings the lights down to where they won't blind people....
Not worth the extra cash, if you're not hauling 4 people all the time
