Heat shield

Does anyone know if there is supposed to be a heatshield between the exhaust and transfer box on a 4wd estate?
If so, does anyone have a picture or diagram of what it looks like?
Can't find anything anywhere.

Thanks Dell but I'm not sure if any of those is the one that I am looking for; they look like they fit between the exhaust and the underside of the car, not between the exhaust and the transfer box?
