Heated Seat Retrofit

Heated Seat Retrofit
After just about a year of looking (only a bloody year), I've finally landed the parts I need to retrofit the seat heating functionality in my X-Type: heating elements, the modules and the switch. No complaints though, at least I'll have it done before this winters starts.
Looking through the schematics, the connections appear to be straightforward, nothing close to retrofitting the SatNav or Premium Sound. We're good there.
Browsing through the Jaguar parts list, I see the cushions are one and the same for the heated and non-heated seats, and the heating elements are sold separately from the cushions, so I know at least that fitting the heating elements is feasible.
My only concern is when I was going through JTIS to view the instructions for the bottom cushion removal, there aren't any instructions, instead they have a message in bold letters:
"The front seat cushion is calibrated to the occupant classification sensor, and can only be replaced as part of the service kit."
I've reviewed the instructions to removing the occupant classification sensor and it appears to be straightforward and covers in detail removing the seat cushion.
My question to all here, does anyone know or see any concern before I actually tackle this in the next week or so?

If the X-Type OCS is on the same principle as the XJ and XK models, the sensor itself will be a silicone filled bladder.
Provided the vehicle is not powered up during the disconnect / dismantle / rebuild and reconnect phase, then it should not have any effect on the Supplementary Restraint System calibration.

Thanks for the tip. I remember reading something about a bladder in JTIS but didn't know what it meant.
One more question, does the heating element go above or below the OCS?
