Default Help with Jaguar X-Type Misfires

Hi there, I've been having some issues with misfires in my Jag off and on since I purchased her a few years ago. When I first purchased the car, the salesman told me about the issue it had going into limp mode, this happened around 3000rpms. I replaced the coil in for that cylinder and the issue went away for a year. One cold day the flashing CEL came back, and the limp mode started again during heavy load, the car was warmed up and should have been no issue. I have replaced the 6 coils and spark plugs. Today I replaced the upper intake/plenum gaskets, the lower intake gaskets, and the IMT gaskets. While pulling off the intake I could tell there was a lot of oil getting into the system. Before I was getting codes for misfires on cyl 1,3,5 and now i'm just getting the p0300 (random misfire) and p1313 codes. From what I have read on the forums my fuel pressure seems to be a bit high while driving (55 psi) instead of the 45-50psi others say is normal. Just need some other ideas on parts to check/replace to fix this. Missing driving my Jag everyday.
