If you don't mind spending a few bucks, I can get the pieces together for you and then mail them to you. The parts are pretty generic. While Wild Bill's kit is very nice, but there are other ways of doing it too. I spent like $10 (5 euro?) on the 2 pieces that you need and then another $5 (3 euro?) on the clear tubing. The tubing can be bought at any hardware store. Worst case, I will toss in the tubing too.

Let me know if you are interested. I could probably have the parts to you in about a week (however long it takes to have the mail system go across the Atlantic). As for the fluid, I went with Mobil 1 75W-140 fluid as I recall. It ran me like $15 (8 euro?) a quart. Not cheap, but when 1 bottle is enough to do 2 transfer case refills, it goes a long way. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to send you the fluid through the mail.

Hi,

i've just changed the fluid in my TC...here's a write up:

http://www.x-type.org.uk/phpBB2/view...=2075&start=45

Funnily enough i'm in the west mids too (near solihull though) but the parts are easy to acquire - I got mine from B&Q - only cost a few quid (£ over here thermo - not euro! ) They all fit together nicely - apart from on the female connector where the drain plug goes, you need to grind some metal away with a dremel or similar. It's no biggie - you'll see what I mean when you get the parts.

You'll need the 1/2inch / 15mm parts by the way.

Oil wise thermo is right you need 75w140 - get it from here:

Hope this helps!

Gareth
