Any advice about new hood insulation replacement material?

I am trying to get Dynamat hoodliner,What do you guys think about it ?

The one from my X type is really bad, I tried to buy the aircraft firewall

material insulation liner from the guy in Ebay but he is on vacation or

something I think because He has not listings either in his webside or in

Ebay. I also tried PartsTrain.com for the fiberglass one but i do not know

if it is a direct fit.

 

There is a member on here, that sells the liners c/w the Leaper logo and they look awesome. I believe a few have bought them and gave good reviews.....Can't think of his name at the moment, but hopefully someone will chime in for you shortly

 

rf69 - sort of correct, I'm on the east coast hitting some car shows giving out business cards and flyers for my aircraft firewall material hoodliners. I should be back at my shop by this weekend. You can always reach me at my cell phone indicated at the bottom of my blogspot page and in my signature below.

 

Though my X's hood liner is doing just fine, my 04 "Ex" or Excursion hood liner was omitted by Ford in 04 and 05. If you have the means of creating one for these, I'm sure there are many on the Ford truck forums I visit that would welcome your product for either replacement or someone wishing to have one like myself.
