i believe there should be detailed instructions in your owners manual. I can not provide more insight on this due to the fact that I have yet to change mine. However, its usually just a twist of the rist to get those things out. good luck

save it in your favourites as it comes in handy for all sorts of things like changing your headlight bulbss, changing your taillight bulbss (check bulb section in the index (thats at the back of the manual)), even how to remove the ignition key and other handy tips/advice.
