Default I just bought some AFTERMARK PARTS

Well I just ordered some aftermarket parts for my Jaguar. I ordered the chrome pillar posts and the chrome trim tail lights. I think these will all look nice espically on the green color. I think I might have a difficult time how to install the Pillar posts does anyone have Step by Step pictures or anything. I paid about $110 for both including shipping, was it a descent deal?

That sounds very nice
Nope, they mostly use 3M sticky band .So, all you have to do is that you make sure the surface is dry . You can also use adhesive promoter but I had not used such a product while adding some chrome accessories .
You just peel the protective band off and just press firmly on the surface and wait 30 secs .Then slightly remove your hands off on the trim . That's it
You may not take thistip of me but don't wash your car within next 24 hrs .

BTW, just a note ,some edges to the chrome trims can be sharp so when installing don't touch the edges to the trims .

Oh so just the peel the plastic off and stick onto it. Also I heard you have to us alchol on it, should I? Does it have to be warm weather cause its almost 30 degrees here. But I can put it in a heated garage.

Any self adhesive will stick a lot better to a warm surface. This kind of adhesive gets stronger with age (up to a certain point) But no self adhesive lasts forever, in my experience.

Yep,when the weather is warmer it sticks better .Alcohol is for cleanin the surface where to apply the parts on . The same logic just like when you put some badges on your car
